What the site collects, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller
The information collected on this site is collected by Maître Mohamed Nejib Marzouki, lawyer registered at the Tunis Bar.
- Address
- 1 Rue d'Égypte, 1st floor, office no. 8, Tunis
- contact@marzouki-avocat.com
Information collected
The site only collects what you type yourself into its two forms.
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), area of law and message.
- Appointment request: the same information, and the time chosen.
- Technical data: like any website, the host records the IP address and the type of browser in its logs, for the security and proper running of the service.
What it is used for
Your information is used only to answer your message and to organise your appointment: acknowledgement, confirmation, or proposal of another time.
It is not used for canvassing or advertising, and is neither sold nor passed on.
Who receives it
Only the firm reads your messages. To run, the site relies on technical providers that process this information on its behalf:
- Vercel: hosting of the site.
- Resend: sending of the site's e-mails.
- Google: the firm's mailbox and calendar, where messages and appointments arrive.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): anti-robot check of the forms.
Hosting outside Tunisia
These providers are established outside Tunisia. The information they process may therefore be hosted abroad.
How long it is kept
Messages and appointment requests are kept for the time needed to answer them. When a case is opened, they are then kept according to the lawyer's professional obligations.
A request that led to nothing is deleted if you ask for it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising cookie and no audience-measurement tool.
- A technical cookie remembers the language you chose.
- Your choice of theme, light or dark, is stored in your browser.
- Cloudflare's anti-robot check analyses technical information about your browser to tell a visitor from a robot.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The links sent by e-mail to confirm or change an appointment are personal: do not forward them.
Your rights
Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may access the information that concerns you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing.
To exercise these rights, write to the firm at the e-mail or postal address above. You may also refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
